There are six values that guide the work at the Children’s Tomorrow Foundation: Service, Social Justice, Dignity and Worth of the Person, Importance of Human Relationships, Integrity, and Competence. Value: Service
Ethical Principle: The Children’s Tomorrow Foundation’s primary goal is to help people in need and to address social problems.
The Children’s Tomorrow Foundation elevates service to others about self interest. The Children’s Tomorrow Foundation draws on knowledge, values, and skills to help people in need and to address social problems. The Children’s Tomorrow Foundation does not work to gain a profit, but to better the lives of people the Foundation comes in contact with.

Ethical Principle: The Children’s Tomorrow Foundation challenges social injustice.
The Children’s Tomorrow Foundation pursues social change, particularly with and on behalf of vulnerable and oppressed individuals and groups of people, such as those with high-functioning autism or Asperger’s Syndrome. The Children’s Tomorrow Foundation strives to ensure access to need information, services, and resources; equality of opportunity; and meaningful participation in decision-making for all people.
Value: Dignity and Worth of the Person
Ethical Principle: The Children’s Tomorrow Foundation respects the inherent dignity and worth of the person.
The Children’s Tomorrow Foundation treats each person in a caring and respectful fashion, mindful of individual differences and cultural and ethnic diversity. The Children’s Tomorrow Foundation promotes clients’ socially responsible self-determination. The Children’s Tomorrow Foundation seeks to enhance clients’ capacity and opportunity to change and to address their own needs. The Children’s Tomorrow Foundation is cognizant of their dual responsibility to clients and to the broader society.

Ethical Principle: The Children’s Tomorrow Foundation recognizes the central importance of human relationships.
The Children’s Tomorrow Foundation understands that relationships between and among people are an important vehicle for change. The Children’s Tomorrow Foundation engages people as partners in the helping process. The Children’s Tomorrow Foundation seeks to strengthen relationships among people in a purposeful effort to promote, restore, maintain, and enhance the well-being of individuals, families, social groups, organizations, and communities.

Ethical Principle: The Children’s Tomorrow Foundation behaves in a trustworthy manner.
The Children’s Tomorrow Foundation is continually aware of the organization’s mission, values, and ethical principles and practices in a manner consistent with them. The Children’s Tomorrow Foundation acts honestly and responsibly and promotes ethical practices on the part of the organization with which they are affiliated.

Ethical Principle: The Children’s Tomorrow Foundation practices within its area of competence and develops and enhances its expertise.
The Children’s Tomorrow Foundation continually strives to increase their professional knowledge and skills and to apply them in practice. The Children’s Tomorrow Foundation should aspire to contribute to the knowledge base of the helping profession.
